Robby Scheuermann oversees all aspects of ticket sales and customer service at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum. His broad responsibilities include oversight of daily operations of the Box Office, working with promoters, helping manage events at the venues, event marketing, website maintenance and oversight of social media.

Scheuermann has been with KCAC since 2014. He previously had a six-year career as director of ticket and retail operations for the Tennessee Smokies, Double-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs. He also spent time working with the Chicago Cubs and had a long career as guest services representative at U.S. Cellular Field and United Center in Chicago.

Originally from Dalton, Illinois, just outside of Chicago, Scheuermann grew up in Northwest Indiana. He is a 2004 graduate of Indiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in sports management.

Scheuermann is a Knoxville resident and volunteers as youth pastor at Knoxville First Church of God. He has been a City of Knoxville Ambassador since 2014. He also is a member of the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM).
